Arrival and departure
The rooms are available from 3pm. On your day of departure, check-out should be made by 11am. In case of arrival after 7pm, we kindly ask you to inform reception.
Prices and holiday tax
All prices are intended per person per night on breakfast basis and do not include the holiday tax of € 2,00 per night (children under 14 years are exempt), which should be paid locally.
Reductions and supplements
Double room for single use: if available, we apply a supplement of € 25,00 per person per night, in a Classic or Superior room.
For stays of less than three nights: supplement of 10%.
Children sharing room with parents
Young guests of less than 2 years of age holiday for free at Villa Margherita.
From 3 to 6 years, they receive a discount of 50 %, whilst from 7 to 13 years they benefit from a reduction of 30%.
Dogs
On request and by prior agreement, you can bring your four legged friends with you. The price for their stay varies from € 25 to € 40 per night, food not included. We kindly ask you to bring their bed or blanket with you. We remind you that it is not allowed to use bath towels or bed linen for their grooming.
Dogs do not have access to the restaurant, the area adjacent to the pool or to the wellness centre.
No smoking
In all rooms and in the communal areas of the hotel, smoking is strictly forbidden.
Bookings
For a firm confirmation of the booking, details of a valid credit card are required or the payment of a holding deposit equivalent to 20% of the total cost of the holiday booked.

Cancellation policy
It is possible to cancel the booking without penalty up to 7 days prior to the arrival. For all cancellations made within the time indicated, the holding deposit will be kept, whilst in the case of a no show or early departure, 100% of the holiday cost will be debited.
